About Us
We believe the best software engineers aren't just great coders. They're great problem-solvers, architects, and leaders. But that growth doesn't happen in a vacuum. It requires guidance.
I'm Bhavin Doshi, and I founded Pakka Nimbu because I know the importance of getting the right guidance in the formative professional years. I've navigated the challenges of scaling systems from the ground up, and I've seen how a single piece of expert advice can be the difference between stagnation and a breakthrough.
My journey has spanned the tech industry's most dynamic sectors, from e-commerce and HR tech to IoT and large-scale productivity platforms. In leadership roles at companies like Atlassian, Dunzo, and Rippling, I’ve tackled a wide array of complex challenges: breaking down monolithic systems, building resilient observability platforms, drastically improving system performance, and driving significant reductions in operational costs.
My technical toolkit is broad and deep, with hands-on expertise in a variety of structured and functional programming languages, relational and document DBs, caches, queues and cloud providers. This practical experience is built on a strong theoretical foundation from IIT Bombay with focus on systems and performance, and a creative problem-solving approach honed by training as a Hindustani classical musician.
Why "Pakka Nimbu"?
"Pakka Nimbu" (a ripe lemon) symbolizes maturity, experience, and readiness. For years, I've been informally teaching and mentoring - over 100 friends, colleagues, and neighbors, on everything from coding and system design to productivity and leadership. I've seen firsthand how the right insight can unlock potential.
I founded Pakka Nimbu Edutech to formalize this passion. Having found some of my own best mentors late in my journey, I know the frustration of unrealized growth. This company is my commitment to ensuring that you get the expert guidance you need, exactly when you need it, to grow into a "Pakka Nimbu" in your own professional life.
It's time to stop guessing and start growing.
